What is a paper ticket ?

Paper ticket is a self carbon docket that has information about your travel. Paper tickets carry information such as passenger name, ticket number, booking reference, airfare, taxes, fare calculation, sectors, flight number date of travel etc. IATA agents or the airlines are authorized to issue paper tickets. All airlines have discontinued the use of paper tickets due to high printing, distribution and reporting costs. E–tickets (electronic ticket) have replaced paper tickets since 1 June, 2008.

What is an e–ticket ?

An e–ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document that has replaced paper ticket. It has a unique confirmation number that helps airline computers to find your data. Once you purchase an e–ticket, we email it to you within 3–4 hours after receiving payment for your booking. Simply print it out and bring it along with you. Airlines will ask for a valid photo ID when you are checking in for your flight.

Is it possible to book a multi–city trip ?

Yes it is.

Do infant need tickets ?

Yes, infants do need tickets when they travel on a flight. A baby that is less than twenty four months old at the time of boarding an aircraft is eligible for an infant fare. Make sure they have valid proof–of–age documents when they’re checking in, and remember that infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult simply because it is next to impossible to manage airport queues, deal with your luggage with two babies with you!

Can I book tickets for infants online ?

No, you will have to call us or on 877 239 1312 or email us on agent@clickontours.com with your booking reference and infants passport details. Our Travel Buddies will issue infants ticket and block bassinet for the infant, where possible. They will ensure that the airline is informed about the infant so that they can make arrangements to offer you a bassinet or bulkhead row seats the time of check–in.

What is the maximum number of seats I can book ?

The maximum number of seats permitted to be booked online is 9 seats at one time. If you have difficulties to book them or you need to book more than 9 travelers, you call us on 877 239 1312 or email us on agent@clickontours.com with your travel requirement and travelers passport details. Our Travel Buddies will be glad to assist you and offer you a group fare if there are more than 10 travelers traveling together.

How do I know my flights are booked ?

You will get an email confirmation from us that your flights are booked.

Do I get my e–ticket details ?

Yes, your Travel Buddies will send your e–ticket details after you have made the payment to us. E–ticket will be sent to the email address you have given us while making your reservation.

Where can I get a boarding pass for an e–ticket ?

Some airlines permit you to get your boarding pass online, 24 hours prior departure from their respective websites. Alternatively, you need to show your e–ticket confirmation email and your e–ticket number at the check–in counter. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass at that time.

Do I have to show my e–ticket confirmation email at the airline check–in counter ?

Yes, you do need to. Some airports don’t allow you inside without a printout of your e–ticket for security reasons. So be sure to carry one with you.

Do I have to show ID proof at the time of check–in ?

Yes, airlines do ask for a photo ID for verification, at the time of check – in. Your passport is good enough.

I misspelled my name while booking a ticket. How do I get it changed ?

A complete name change is not permitted by the airlines. Minor changes may be permitted based on the airlines policy and the same ticket can be used. However, we will have to put remarks on the airlines reservation system, mentioning the error on the issued ticket. Alternatively, you will have to book a new ticket and put the earlier one for refund. How do I make changes to a flight reservation ?

Does it cost to make an amendment ?

Yes, all amendments come at a fee that varies from airline to airline. In addition to this airline fees, there are our charges of US$10.00 per passenger, per ticket. There might be possibilities of a difference in fare, while rescheduling your travel plans. This amount too will be collected from you while reissuing your ticket.

How do I cancel a flight reservation ?

First check the fare rules applicable on the ticket, if the rules permits cancellation with refund, please call us on 877 239 1312 or email us on agent@clickontours.com and our Travel Buddies will assist you.

What are the cancellation charges ?

In addition to the airline charges, Click On Tours charges a fee of US$10.00 per ticket.

If I need to cancel my flight ?

Most of the domestic airline tickets (within USA & Canada) are non-refundable. International flight cancellation rules vary from airline to airline. Cancellation policies are also based on your ticketed fare and booking class. Please read your fare rules applicable on your ticket, as certain rules do not permit changes less than 48 hours. You can call us on 877 239 1312 or email us on agent@clickontours.com and our Travel Buddies will assist you if ticket rules permits cancellation and you are within the cancellation time-frame.

How long will it take to process my refund ?

Well, we process the refunds within 4 working days from the date of cancellation. In cases of partly utilized tickets, we have to send them to the airlines to get confirmation on the exact refund amount. This process might take a bit longer, depending on how soon the airline responds. All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment. We’ve observed that it takes about 14 – 30 working days for most refunds to hit their respective bank accounts. If you haven’t seen it in your statement after 30 days, please call us and we will follow up with your bank.

How will I get my money back after I do the cancellation ?

We will credit the money back to the same account you used while making the booking. For example, if you have used your credit card, we will make an appropriate charge reversal. If you have used your debit card, we will credit the money back to the debit card. Similarly, if you have transferred the money into our bank account or paid in cash, we will credit the money back to your account or refund you in cash.
